Our Programs
The African Institute for Christian Leadership and Theology offers three specialized 6-month certificate programs, each designed to meet the practical and spiritual needs of today’s Christian leaders and believers.
Certificate in Biblical Studies
This is a foundational program that offers a comprehensive understanding of the Bible; designed to give students a solid grounding of the Bible: its structure, themes and application in daily life and ministry.
Certificate in Christian Leadership and Ministry
This program focuses primarily on developing leadership skills and ministry effectiveness. Tailored for those who are serving or preparing to serve in leadership within the church, this course focuses on leadership principles, ministry development and spiritual formation.
Certificate in Pastoral Care and Counselling
This course equips students to provide spiritual guidance, emotional support, and biblical counselling in a ministry context. It is ideal for pastors, youth leaders and ministry
The African Institute for Christian Leadership and Theology (AICLT) is a ministry training school under the covering of Grace House Prophetic Chapel. At African Institute for Christian Leadership and Theology, our aim is to equip, empower and release Spirit-filled Christian leaders to serve with excellence in churches, ministries, communities and nations. The institute was established to raise biblically grounded, Spirit-empowered and socially impactful Christian leaders for the church and society across Africa and beyond.
At AICLT, we believe that biblical knowledge, practical ministry training and spiritual formation are essential for effective Christian leadership. Our programs are designed to be accessible and impactful for pastors, aspiring ministers, church workers and anyone seeking to grow in their faith and leadership capacity.
We offer practical, Spirit-led and theologically sound training programs designed for those who feel called to serve in various areas of ministry, leadership and pastoral care. Whether you are preparing for full-time ministry, bi-vocational service or simply seeking to deepen your biblical knowledge and spiritual walk, AICLT provides the tools and mentorship you need.

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the Author and Finisher of our faith!
It is with profound joy and a deep sense of calling that I welcome you to the African Institute for Christian Leadership & Theology. I am honoured to receive and welcome you to our community and it is my prayer that this will inspire your journey with God and affirm your commitment to Christian leadership in our generation. We are living in a defining moment, not just in the history of Africa, but in the history of the global Church. The Lord is raising a new generation of leaders—men and women who are not only spiritually gifted but also deeply rooted in Scripture, theologically grounded, morally upright, and strategically positioned to influence their communities for Christ. At the African Institute for Christian Leadership & Theology (AICLT), we believe we are called to participate in this divine assignment. Our mission is rooted in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) and the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-40), and it finds expression in training that combines biblical fidelity, spiritual formation, leadership excellence and practical ministry application.
